Aggregated or De-Identified Data

When you connect x2i to your WMS, TMS, ERP, LMS, robotics, or telematics systems, we may receive:

  • inventory and movement logs

  • order, shipment, and carrier data

  • labor logs and staffing data

  • equipment telemetry (location, battery, usage)

  • inbound/outbound timings

  • dock and yard events

  • zone or workflow level performance metrics

We collect only the data necessary for the x2i platform to operate.

C. Automatically Collected Data

When accessing our platform or website, we may collect:

  • login timestamps and session IDs

  • performance logs and error reports

  • cookies and similar tracking technologies

We do not sell Personal Data and Customer Data.

To operate the platform (cloud hosting, analytics, email, customer support).

5. Deployment Options & Data Storage

x2i supports three deployment models:

1. x2i Cloud (Managed Deployment)

Hosted on our secure cloud infrastructure.

2. Customer Cloud (Dedicated Deployment)

Deployed inside your AWS/Azure/GCP environment. Data stays entirely within your cloud.

3. On-Premise Deployment

Deployed in your private data center. Data never leaves your network.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard and enterprise-grade security controls, including:

  • encryption in transit (TLS)

  • encryption at rest

  • network and data isolation

  • audit logs and monitoring

  • role-based access control (RBAC)

  • secure access credentials

  • privacy-by-design architecture

We regularly review and update our security practices.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Personal Data and Customer Data  only as long as necessary to:

  • provide the service

  • comply with legal obligations

  • resolve disputes

When a contract ends or a customer requests deletion:

  • data is securely erased or returned

  • residual backups are purged within a defined window

Retention timelines can be customized per deployment model.

8. Enterprise Memory & Adaptive Learning

Your Enterprise Memory is private, customer-specific, and never shared.

It includes rules, workflows, tribal knowledge, and site details that help x2i agents operate intelligently.

Users may optionally instruct agents to “remember” certain information.

This memory can be updated, corrected, or removed at any time upon request.

9. Data Subject Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to:

  • access your data

  • request correction or deletion

  • restrict processing

  • withdraw consent

  • export or transfer your data

We respond to all requests within applicable legal timelines.

10. International Data Transfers

If data is transferred across borders, we use:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

  • regional hosting (where possible)

  • supplemental technical and organizational safeguards

11. Children’s Privacy

x2i is a B2B enterprise platform and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
